The Anhinga is a shore bird that often spends his time with his wings spread when resting to dry his wings. This bird eats fish that he caught by diving into the water. Viktor Odnovyun photographed this bird on a perch looking for supper, but I chose to portray him at twilight, with a full moon. Who knows his thoughts as he gazes at the moon?
